Position: Regional Sales Head - Maharashtra

Job Title: Regional Sales Head - Maharashtra
Location: Pune, Maharashtra
Reporting To: National Head
Compensation: INR 60,000 – 75,000 per month

Bachelor degree

Primary Responsibilities :

Key Responsibilities

Sales Strategy and Planning:

  1. Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve business targets.
  2. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
  3. Expand customer relationships and explore new business opportunities.

Sales Team Management:

  1. Lead and manage a regional sales team to achieve set goals.
  2. Recruit, train, and mentor sales professionals to enhance team performance.
  3. Monitor team performance, providing constructive feedback and support.

Revenue Growth:

  1. Drive revenue growth by meeting or exceeding regional sales targets.
  2. Expand the product/service portfolio with existing clients and acquire new customers.

Customer Relationship Management:

  1. Build and sustain relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
  2. Address customer concerns promptly, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
  3. Develop initiatives to improve the overall customer experience.

Collaboration and Communication:

  1. Collaborate with national sales teams, marketing, and product teams to align strategies.
  2. Share regional sales insights and performance reports with senior management.
  3. Maintain alignment between regional and national business goals.

Qualifications and Experience

  1. Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  2. 5+ years of sales experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  3. Proven track record of achieving sales success, especially in the South Indian market.
  4. Experience in the educational or e-learning sector is preferred.
  5. Certification in sales or marketing (e.g., CRM, digital marketing) is a plus.

  1. Experience in the educational sector, preferably in sales within e-learning or similar industries.
  2. MBA or equivalent advanced degree is an advantage.
