Job Description:

We are looking for experienced professionals in the field of loan management, particularly those with a background in DSA (Direct Selling Agent) or NBFC (Non-Banking Financial Company). The ideal candidate will have experience in handling Home Loans (HL) and Loan Against Property (LAP). As a Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring timely and effective loan processing, and achieving sales targets.

Qualification :

Bachelor degree

Primary Responsibilities :

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with clients to understand their loan requirements and provide suitable financial solutions.
  • Process Home Loan (HL) and Loan Against Property (LAP) applications.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Meet sales targets and other performance metrics.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Education and Skills:

  • Graduation is required (Post-Graduation is not mandatory).
  • Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
  • Strong knowledge of loan products (HL & LAP).

Personal Attributes:

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure effectively.
