Job Title: Sales Development Representative

Job Summary:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Sales Development Representative to join our team in Ahmedabad or Pune. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads and booking appointments through outbound calling in a fast-paced B2B environment. This role requires exceptional communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills to support our demand generation and lead qualification processes.

Primary Responsibilities :

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make multiple outbound calls to assigned B2B prospects to develop sales opportunities by researching prospect companies and building relationships.
  • Present solutions aligned with customer requirements and address objections using product knowledge and training.
  • Follow up with prospects persistently and clearly to ensure positive outcomes in the sales cycle.
  • Understand customer campaigns and appropriately communicate their brand identity to prospects.
  • Provide detailed and concise feedback on campaign outcomes (e.g., conversions, rejections, or disinterest).
  • Undertake pre-sales outreach processes such as AG, HQL, SQL, BANT, marketing, and sales lead qualification.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally targeting technology stakeholders, senior stakeholders, and C-suite executives in enterprise and SMB organizations.
  • Proven track record of lead conversions via outbound calls and emails.
  • Experience working in marketing and sales lead generation campaigns focusing on SQL, MQL, BANT, AG, etc.
  • Excellent verbal communication and convincing skills with the ability to handle objections and provide effective responses during calls.
  • Consistent achievement of targets for SQL, MQL, BANT, and AG campaigns.
  • Self-motivated, energetic, and resilient, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, outcome-focused environment.
  • A collaborative go-getter who is keen to learn and receptive to feedback.

Preferred Skills:

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to adapt to new tools and technologies as required.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and basic sales software.
