Job Title: Sales Head

The Sales Head is responsible for leading and managing the sales team to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth. This role involves developing and implementing strategic sales plans, identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The Sales Head will also collaborate with other departments to optimize sales processes and contribute to the overall success of the organization.

Primary Responsibilities :

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve or exceed revenue targets.
  2. Lead and motivate the sales team to consistently meet and exceed performance goals.
  3. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and relationship building.
  4. Cultivate strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to maximize customer satisfaction and retention.
  5. Monitor sales metrics and analyze performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  6. Collaborate with the marketing department to develop effective sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
  7. Provide leadership, guidance, and coaching to sales team members to enhance their skills and performance.
  8. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
  9. Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and market dynamics to inform sales strategies and tactics.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  2. Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, preferably in a similar industry.
  3. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively.
  5. Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to drive initiatives from conception to implementation.
  6. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and make data-driven decisions.
  7. Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
  8. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a strong sense of urgency and initiative.
  9. Strong business acumen and understanding of sales processes and best practices.
  10. Willingness to travel as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Previous experience in a senior sales management role.
  2. Industry-specific certifications or training.
  3. Experience with international sales and business development.
  4. Multilingual proficiency is a plus.
