Sales Manager (Electrical)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement sales strategies for Explosion Proof Electrical Products such as PDBs, DBs, JBs, Lighting Fixtures, and Control Panels.
2. Build and maintain relationships with clients in the Oil & Gas Industry.
3. Promote products with a strong understanding of ATEX/IECEX standards.
4. Conduct market analysis to identify new opportunities and expand the customer base.
5. Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals to clients.
6. Collaborate with technical teams for product customizations based on client needs.
7. Ensure compliance with Incoterms 2000/2010/2020 and other contractual obligations.
8. Utilize AutoCAD to assist in design and project presentations when necessary.
9. Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.

Qualifications and Experience:

1. Education: BE in Electrical Engineering.
2. Experience:
   • 5-7 years of sales and marketing experience in Explosion Proof Electrical Products within the Oil & Gas Industry.
   • Knowledge of switchgears and lighting products is essential.
   • Familiarity with competitors such as Rstahl, Cortem, Baliga, FCG, and Eaten is an advantage.
3. Technical Skills:
   • Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD.
   • In-depth knowledge of ATEX/IECEX standards.
4. Soft Skills:
   • Excellent communication skills in English (oral and written).
   • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.

Job Terms and Conditions:

1. Working Country: Dubai, U.A.E.
2. Contract Period: 3 years (renewable).
3. Probation Period: 6 months.
4. Working Hours: 9 hours per day.
5. Salary: Negotiable (based on experience and qualifications).
6. Age Limit: Up to 35 years.
7. Benefits: Food and accommodation allowance provided by the employer.
