Job Summary:
We are seeking a Sales Manager for our Institutional Sales division. The role will focus on targeting Electrical Consultants and Electrical Contractors, requiring the ability to develop strong relationships within the industry. The position will involve regular travel within the city premises to meet clients and expand the company’s presence.

Primary Responsibilities :

Educational Qualifications:

  • Graduation: BE in Electrical Engineering
  • Post-Graduation: MBA in Marketing (Preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies targeting Electrical Consultants and Contractors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional clients.
  • Identify new business opportunities within the electrical industry.
  • Provide technical expertise to clients related to power factor and harmonics.
  • Conduct client meetings and presentations to promote products and services.
  • Travel within the city for client visits, presentations, and business development activities.

Required Skills and Attributes:

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in Marathi, English, and Hindi.
  • Technically skilled with knowledge of Power Factor and Harmonics.
  • Team player with the ability to work collaboratively.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and events.
