Job Title: Senior Executive for Sales (Commercial & Residential)

Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 10 AM to 7 PM
Experience: 3-5 years
Salary: ₹40,000 to ₹50,000

Job Profile:

  1. Meeting and Interacting with Potential Investors and High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs):

    • Establish and nurture relationships with potential investors.
    • Provide tailored investment solutions to meet the unique needs of HNIs.
    • Ensure high customer satisfaction through consistent follow-up and support.
  2. Delivering Presentations to Corporate and Organizational Leaders:

    • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to corporate clients.
    • Showcase investment opportunities, market trends, and the value propositions of various real estate projects.
    • Address questions and concerns raised by corporate leaders and decision-makers.
  3. Communicating with International Property Consultants (IPCs) and Multinational Corporations (MNCs):

    • Collaborate with IPCs and MNCs to promote and manage real estate portfolios.
    • Facilitate smooth communication and coordination between all involved parties.
    • Negotiate terms and agreements for mutual benefit.
  4. Conducting Market Research on Real Estate Investment:

    • Analyze market trends, economic indicators, and the competitive landscape.
    • Prepare detailed reports and provide insights to support investment decisions.
    • Stay updated on industry developments and emerging opportunities.

Qualification :

Bachelor degree

Primary Responsibilities :

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to attract and retain HNI clients.
  • Provide expert advice on real estate investments to help clients achieve their financial goals.
  • Create and present detailed proposals and presentations to potential clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of the real estate market, including current conditions, pricing trends, and legal regulations.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in real estate sales, particularly with HNI clients and corporate leaders.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Ability to conduct thorough market research and analyze data.
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
