Job Title: Senior Executive for Sales (Commercial & Residential)
Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 10 AM to 7 PM

Meeting and Interacting with Potential Investors and High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs):
- Establish and nurture relationships with potential investors.
- Provide tailored investment solutions to meet the unique needs of HNIs.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction through consistent follow-up and support.
Delivering Presentations to Corporate and Organizational Leaders:
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to corporate clients.
- Showcase investment opportunities, market trends, and the value propositions of various real estate projects.
- Address questions and concerns raised by corporate leaders and decision-makers.
Communicating with International Property Consultants (IPCs) and Multinational Corporations (MNCs):
- Collaborate with IPCs and MNCs to promote and manage real estate portfolios.
- Facilitate smooth communication and coordination between all involved parties.
- Negotiate terms and agreements for mutual benefit.
Conducting Market Research on Real Estate Investment:
- Analyze market trends, economic indicators, and the competitive landscape.
- Prepare detailed reports and provide insights to support investment decisions.
- Stay updated on industry developments and emerging opportunities.
