Key Responsibilities:

• Social Media Strategy Development: Create comprehensive and effective social media strategies that align with the company's brand goals and business objectives.
• Collaborate with Graphics Team: Work closely with the graphics team to design eye-catching and engaging visuals for social media posts, campaigns, and advertisements.
• Idea Generation: Continuously generate fresh, creative, and innovative content ideas to keep the audience engaged and encourage interaction on social media platforms.
• Enquiry Generation: Focus on driving inquiries and conversions through social media platforms by developing campaigns that resonate with the target audience.
• Organic Growth: Use organic methods to increase followers and engagement across social media platforms, ensuring consistent growth in reach and visibility.
• Analytics and Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on social media performance to optimize campaigns and strategies for better results.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a social media strategist or in a similar role, with a focus on developing successful social media campaigns.
• Proven ability to generate organic growth and increase followers on social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Strong experience with content strategy development, including copywriting and visual content collaboration.
• Ability to work closely with the graphics team to create high-quality, engaging content that aligns with the strategy.
• Experience in driving inquiries and improving business leads through social media.
• In-depth understanding of social media platforms and trends, with the ability to adapt quickly to changes in algorithms and best practices.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to track performance and optimize campaigns accordingly.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage and interact with followers effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with social media advertising and paid campaigns.
• Knowledge of social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
