Primary Responsibilities :
Site Management:
Oversee the daily operations on the construction site, ensuring that work is carried out according to project plans and specifications.
Supervise construction workers, subcontractors, and other personnel to ensure the project runs smoothly.
Ensure the site is organized, safe, and conducive to efficient work.
Health and Safety Compliance:
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations at all times.
Conduct regular site safety inspections and ensure that safety protocols are being followed.
Report any safety hazards or accidents immediately to the Project Manager and implement corrective actions.
Work Supervision and Quality Control:
Supervise all on-site activities and ensure that the quality of work meets the required standards.
Ensure that materials, tools, and equipment are used properly and efficiently.
Perform regular quality checks on construction work and rectify any issues or deficiencies.
Team Coordination:
Coordinate and manage workers, ensuring that tasks are completed according to the project timeline.
Ensure effective communication between the project team, contractors, and suppliers.
Resolve any conflicts or issues on site promptly to minimize delays.
