Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide individualized education and care for children with intellectual or developmental disabilities, including autism.
2. Develop and implement special education programs tailored to the specific needs of each student.
3. Assess students' abilities and design individualized education plans (IEP) in collaboration with parents and therapists.
4. Monitor and evaluate students' progress and adjust teaching methods and strategies accordingly.
5. Work with a multidisciplinary team, including speech therapists, occupational therapists, and psychologists, to support students' overall development.
6. Ensure compliance with all regulations and standards set by the RCI and other relevant authorities.
7. Foster a supportive, inclusive, and safe classroom environment conducive to learning for children with special needs.
