Job Responsibilities:

• Drive business development activities and identify opportunities to implement supply chain solutions across various industries to meet targets.
• Understand client supply chain processes and develop tailored solutions based on industry standards and best practices.
• Build strong client relationships, maintain excellent communication, and deliver results through consultative selling.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies like IoT, blockchain, and AI, and conceptualize how they can be applied to improve supply chain performance.
• Engage with government bodies, regulators, and industry leaders to promote the adoption of supply chain standards across key sectors.

Desired Skillsets:

• Experience in business development or sales, ideally in ERP/CRM/BPM software solutions or consultative selling.
• Ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions that address client needs.
• Fast learner, with adaptability to new technologies and evolving business environments, with direct experience selling to large enterprises.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to interact at senior levels within both private sector and government organizations.
• A highly motivated and results-oriented individual capable of understanding complex technologies and driving revenue generation.

Qualifications:

• Engineering graduate (CSE/ECE/IT) is preferred.
• MBA from a reputed institution.
• 13-15 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success, including at least 2 years in a senior-level position with business development responsibilities.
