Build a strong network of candidates, both active and passive, across different industries.
Create and execute recruitment marketing strategies to attract top talent
Conduct in-depth candidate interviews, evaluating their skills, qualifications, and cultural fit with clients.
Manage the entire candidate assessment process, including skills testing and reference checks.
Facilitate the offer negotiation process and assist in finalizing offers.
Coordinate with clients and candidates to ensure a smooth on boarding process.
Stay updated on industry trends and labour market conditions to provide valuable insights to clients.
Conduct market research to identify salary benchmarks and competitive compensation packages.
Maintain accurate records of candidates, clients, and job opportunities in the applicant tracking system.
