Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the sales and marketing team to drive HVAC product sales and achieve revenue targets.
  • Define clear sales goals, KPIs, and performance standards for the team to ensure effective execution.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including contractors, developers, and facility managers.
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored HVAC solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Provide technical guidance to clients and team members on product selection, installation, and troubleshooting.
  • Prepare sales reports and presentations, analyze trends, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to develop effective marketing collateral, presentations, and case studies for customer acquisition.
  • Select appropriate HVAC products based on client requirements, project specifications, and budget constraints.
  • Prepare and present detailed product offers and solutions, ensuring alignment with client expectations.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules with clients to close deals effectively.
  • Handle client complaints or concerns and work towards timely resolution, ensuring customer retention.

Authority:

  • Make final decisions regarding product offers, discounts, and promotional strategies.
  • Approve and finalize sales proposals, pricing, and contracts before submission to clients.
  • Represent the company in high-level client meetings, product presentations, and negotiations.
  • Approve marketing strategies, promotional campaigns, and sales collateral.

Accountability:

  • Accountable for achieving the sales targets and ensuring consistent revenue growth within the HVAC sector.
  • Ensure client satisfaction by offering quality HVAC solutions, addressing concerns, and maintaining long-term relationships.
  • Accountable for accurate sales forecasting and reporting to senior management.
  • Continuously improve product knowledge and ensure the team is updated on new HVAC products and solutions.
