Job Summary:

As a teacher/academician, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality education to students across a range of subjects. You will create a positive and engaging learning environment and assess student performance to ensure educational success.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Plan, prepare, and deliver instructional activities that facilitate active learning.
2. Attend the class on time.
3. Teach the assigned subject(s) to students at various grade levels, ensuring curriculum alignment and academic excellence.
4. Develop and implement age-appropriate, engaging curriculum materials.
5. Regularly review and update the curriculum to reflect current educational standards and best practices.
6. Maintain discipline in classroom environment conducive to learning.
7. Evaluate student performance through continuous assessment, quizzes, tests, and projects, timely feedback to students and parents/guardians.
8. Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best teaching practices and subject-specific knowledge.
