Job Title: Telecaller

Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 10 AM to 7 PM
Experience: 3-5 years
Salary: ₹30,000 to ₹35,000 (Negotiable based on experience)

Job Profile:

  1. Lead Generation:

    • Make outbound calls to potential clients to generate leads and set up appointments.
    • Identify and qualify sales opportunities by understanding client needs and requirements.
  2. Customer Relationship Management:

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
    • Provide information about real estate properties, services, and offerings.
  3. Follow-up and Coordination:

    • Follow up with clients to provide additional information and support as needed.
    • Coordinate with the sales team to ensure seamless client management and handover of leads.
  4. Data Management:

    • Maintain and update client databases with accurate and timely information.
    • Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports on call activities and outcomes.
  5. Customer Support:

    • Address client inquiries and provide solutions to their concerns or issues.
    • Ensure a high level of client satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.

Qualification :

Bachelor degree

Primary Responsibilities :

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make a high volume of outbound calls to potential clients daily.
  • Communicate clearly and persuasively to explain the benefits of real estate investments.
  • Schedule appointments and site visits for interested clients.
  • Keep detailed records of all interactions and follow-ups with clients.
  • Meet or exceed targets for lead generation and appointments set.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a telecaller or similar sales/customer service role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office tools.
