  1. Place phone calls to potential clients from our computerized directory
  2. Perform script (with necessary adjustments) to ensure consistency of sales program
  3. Generate between 5 and 15 sales leads per day
  4. Set appointments with prospective customers based on our associates’ schedules
  5. Maintain computer, telephone and other equipment
  6. Train other telemarketers when required
  7. Communicate any problems, concerns or questions to supervisory staff
  8. Refer customer complaints to supervisor for quality control
  9. Communicate respectfully and politely with potential customers at all times
  10. Good Communication skill with multilingual English, Hindi & Gujarati

Qualification :

Bachelor degree

Primary Responsibilities :

  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a data entry or computer operator role.
  • Education: Diploma in any field.
  • Skills: Proficiency in basic computer operations and data entry tasks.
  • Languages: Basic English proficiency; fluency in Gujarati and Hindi is preferred.
  • Age: Candidates aged between 20 to 35 years.
  • Gender: Male candidates preferred.
