Job Title: Telecaller Executive

Role Overview:
As a Telecaller Executive in the automobile industry, you will be responsible for engaging with potential customers over the phone, promoting products and services, and scheduling appointments for sales consultations or test drives. This role focuses on lead generation, customer acquisition, and driving sales conversion.

Primary Responsibilities :

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Outbound Calling:

    • Make outbound calls to potential customers using leads or databases.
    • Introduce and promote products, services, and ongoing offers.
    • Highlight key features, benefits, and unique selling points effectively.
  2. Lead Generation:

    • Identify and qualify leads based on inquiries and interests.
    • Gather customer information, including contact details and purchase preferences.
    • Use questioning techniques to understand customer needs.
  3. Appointment Setting:

    • Schedule appointments for consultations, test drives, and visits based on customer interest.
    • Coordinate with the sales team to ensure seamless experiences.
    • Follow up with reminders or updates about scheduled appointments.
  4. Customer Engagement:

    • Maintain regular follow-ups via calls, emails, or messages.
    • Respond to inquiries about vehicle availability, pricing, financing, and services.
    • Handle objections, concerns, and questions professionally.
  5. Data Management:

    • Accurately update customer information and lead status in CRM software.
    • Generate performance reports, including call volume and lead conversion metrics.
  6. Product Knowledge and Training:

    • Stay updated on the latest vehicle models, specifications, and promotions.
    • Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and engagement skills.

Requirements:

  • Graduation or a high school diploma; additional training in sales/customer service is a plus.
  • 2-4 years of experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service, preferably in the automobile industry.
  • Excellent communication skills, including active listening and persuasive speaking.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for managing leads and customer data.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office, and telephony systems.
  • Positive attitude, resilience, and a results-driven mindset.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Salary: ₹2,40,000 to ₹3,00,000 per annum.
  • Performance-based monthly increments from the starting month.

Work Schedule:

  • Monday to Saturday, 9:00 A.M. – 6:30 P.M. (Sunday off).
