Primary Responsibilities :

  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Experience: 6 to 12 years in workshop management, preferably in truck dealerships or garages.
  • Skills:
    • Proven leadership and team management abilities.
    • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency in workshop management software and tools.
  • Responsibilities:
    • Oversee daily operations of the workshop.
    • Manage and supervise workshop staff.
    • Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
    • Maintain inventory and order necessary parts and supplies.
    • Prepare and manage budgets.
    • Develop and implement efficient work processes.
    • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues.
