We have urgent opening as a "Senior Sales Manager" - China & India location.
(Job location will be china but candidate should have travel to India)
Skills Required
ï‚· A minimum of 5 to 10 years experience in developing and executing attractive Sales strategies
ï‚· Should have good experience with creating and managing successful lead generation campaigns,
and nurturing existing leads.
ï‚· Comprehensive knowledge of how to implement and run campaigns (including delivery and
execution).
ï‚· Ability to understand and develop new sales/brand strategies and write briefs.
ï‚· Creating social outreach initiatives to strengthen the brands presence across the digital and
social communities.
ï‚· Conceptualize, plan, budget, and execute events that integrate into corporate sales goals and
contribute directly to sales pipeline success. Events include customer events, seminars, internal
meetings, partner events, etc.
ï‚· Research, select, negotiate, and manage external vendors.
ï‚· Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and take initiative and work
independently.
ï‚· Excellent interpersonal, leadership, team management skills
ï‚· Should have excellent communication & writing skills in English
ï‚· Understanding & speaking Indian local languages would be advantageous
ï‚· Convincing & Negotiation skills
ï‚· System skills like word, Excel, PowerPoint, internet, CRM software
