Job Description: As an Outbound Telecaller at Clovers Safety Services Pvt. Ltd., you will be responsible for proactively contacting potential clients to promote our health and safety training programs and consultancy services. Your primary objective will be to generate leads, schedule appointments, and contribute to the overall growth and success of the company.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce Clovers Safety Services Pvt. Ltd. and our range of health and safety training programs and consultancy services.
- Engage with decision-makers, such as HR managers, safety officers, and business owners, to understand their training needs and requirements.
- Effectively communicate the benefits and value proposition of our training programs and services, addressing any questions or concerns raised by prospects.
- Identify and qualify leads based on specific criteria, such as industry type, organizational size, and training requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with prospects, including contact details, conversations, and follow-up actions, using our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop targeted outreach strategies and campaigns to maximize lead generation and conversion.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs set by the management team.
- Continuously update your knowledge of our training offerings, industry trends, and competitor activities to enhance your sales pitch and credibility.
- Provide feedback and insights gathered from prospect interactions to assist in refining our sales and marketing strategies.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a telecaller, telemarketer, or similar role, preferably in the B2B sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships with prospects over the phone.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with a results-oriented mindset and a drive to achieve targets.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and training programs will be an advantage.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads and track performance.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, while also thriving in a collaborative team environment.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and a dynamic work environment.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
