Blue Ocean Academy is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our team in Pune. As a Sales Consultant, your primary responsibility will be to promote and sell our courses with international certification to professionals.Your role encompasses various sales and counseling activities aimed at achieving monthly targets and fostering business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Course Promotion and Sales : Actively reach out to professionals through various channels such as phonecalls,emails,social media, and networking events to introduce our courses and generate interest.

International Certification Counseling: Provide detailed information about our courses and the benefits of international certification to potential clients. Address their inquiries, concerns, and objections effectively to facilitate enrollment.

Enrollment Facilitation: Guide interested professionals through the enrollment process, ensuring a smooth and seamless experience. Assist with paper work and any required documentation.

In-Person Meetings: Arrange face-to-face meetings with prospective clients to discuss course options, answer questions, and build a rapport. Convince them to visit our office for further consultation.

CRM Management:Maintain accurate records of all interactions with clients, including contact information, discussions, and enrollment progress, in the Customer Relationship Management(CRM)system.

Monthly Target Achievement: Set and work towards monthly enrollment targets as part of the sales team. Develop strategies and tactics to meet or exceed these targets.

Business Development: Identify opportunities for business growth, including potential partnerships, collaborations, or new markets. Share insights and suggestions with the management team.

Customer Follow-Up: Conduct timely follow-ups with leads to nurture relationships,address any concerns, and ensure their commitment to enroll into our courses.

Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings,and client needs to tailor your sales approach effectively.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in sales and customer relationship management.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Knowledge of international certifications and the education industry is a plus.
