Primary Responsibilities :
Minimum Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required; associate's degree preferred.
- Proven experience as a back-office assistant, office assistant, virtual assistant, or in another relevant administrative role.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, ability to prioritize, and comfort working independently.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills, including strong spelling, grammar, and punctuation.
- Commitment to providing outstanding customer service and demonstrating strong interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Proficient computer skills and ability to operate general office equipment.
- Thorough understanding of office management procedures.
- Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
