As a Client Service Executive , you will play a pivotal role in ensuring exceptional client experiences throughout the events. You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing their inquiries, coordinating projects, and facilitating communication between internal teams and external stakeholders. This position requires strong interpersonal skills, impeccable attention to detail, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service in the dynamic world of video production.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs, preferences, and objectives. Serve as a trusted advisor and advocate, ensuring that client expectations are met or exceeded at every stage of the production process.
- Project Coordination: Coordinate all aspects of video production projects, including scheduling shoots, arranging logistics, and managing resources to ensure timely delivery and quality outcomes. Serve as the liaison between clients and internal production teams, conveying client feedback, revisions, and requirements accurately and efficiently.
- Client Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, requests, and feedback. Respond promptly to client communications via email, phone, or in-person meetings, providing updates, addressing concerns, and offering solutions to resolve issues effectively.
