Role & responsibilities are as follows:-
1) Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, providing exceptional customer service and developing strong relationships
2) Understand client needs and objectives, and develop creative solutions to help them achieve their goals.
3 ) Serve as a liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring that all parties are kept up-to-date on project progress and changes
Develop detailed project plans and track progress against those plans using appropriate tools and techniques
4 ) Identify and resolve issues and risks in a timely manner, escalating as necessary
5 )Facilitate team meetings and other communications, as needed
6 ) Prepare reports and presentations for clients & management as needed
7) Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our CRM system for all business related operations
8) Assist with new business development efforts, as needed and managing import & export shipment of products.
Graduation
Experience:- Minimum 3 years
