We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Engineering Manager to join our team. As a Sales Engineering Manager, you will play an important role in driving sales growth, coordinating with various departments, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Role Description:
- Engage with clients to understand their requirements and propose suitable solutions.
- Present solutions to clients and effectively negotiate and close deals.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, handle objections, and finalize deals.
- Work closely with sales executives to address generated queries and take necessary actions.
- Coordinate with accounts and delivery departments to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
- Respond promptly to incoming emails and calls, particularly hot leads.
- Cold call potential clients and lead generation.
- Coordinate with the design team and technical coordinator to develop customized solutions and pricing.
- Organize virtual and physical meetings with clients to discuss solutions and address concerns.
- Monitor payment and delivery tracking to ensure timely completion.
- Gather the client database if no work is scheduled.
- Work with CRM and other software used within the company.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on ongoing and upcoming campaigns, providing valuable feedback.
- Conduct competitor analysis and market research as required, acting as a client when necessary.
