Position : Sr. Business Development Manager
Qualification : Candidate with pharma background (B. Pharm, M. Pharm. PhD Ph.D) shall be preferred, however B.Pharm
is a must with MBA is desirable.
Exp :
- Minimum Total 7+ years industry experience
- Commercial & Technical experience of sales/ marketing of Pharmaceutical Excipients and Fine
Chemicals and customer facing experience of 5 years at least.
Work Location : Mumbai
Work Timings: 10am to 6:30pm; 2nd & 4th Saturday Holiday

Preference Background :
- Worked in the Pharmaceutical Industry in the Sales & Marketing of excipients / functional chemicals/ fine
chemicals. Work experience as a scientist in R & D of a Pharma Formulation company of 2- 4 years would be
an added advantage.
- Excellent contacts with R&D Scientists & Supply Chain Team, worked with foreign suppliers and understands
their expectations. Work Experience of working with global manufactures of Excipients, Fine Chemicals. Etc
of minimum 7 years. Some work experience of selling products to Nutraceutical Companies will be added
advantage.
Responsibilities :
- Responsible for achieving sales targets for Regions/Zones/India.
- Deliver the sales volume and revenue forecasts along with the annual operating plan and own
responsibility for the forecast accuracy
- Direct and coordinate all operational and business activities to meet customer requirements and
achieve and/or exceed profit plan and strategic planning goals and objectives.
- Formulate & conceptualize Sales strategies that are aligned with Supplier business strategy.
- Represent Singhania & Sons at key industry meetings and conferences to promote Singhania &
Sons products and develop the prospect pipeline.
- Build and maintain executive level customer relationships.
