Job Title: Male Home Cook

Detailed Work Profile:
We are seeking to hire 1 Male Home Cook located locally in Kuwait, preferably of Indian nationality. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience specializing in Indian and Mediterranean cuisine. The candidate should be well-versed in preparing a variety of dishes, maintaining kitchen hygiene, and ensuring the satisfaction of household members with the meals prepared.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  1. Meal Preparation: Prepare and cook meals following traditional and modern recipes from Indian and Mediterranean cuisines.
  2. Menu Planning: Plan weekly menus considering the dietary preferences and restrictions of household members.
  3. Ingredient Management: Procure, manage, and store ingredients to ensure freshness and quality.
  4. Kitchen Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, ensuring adherence to health and safety standards.
  5. Dietary Adherence: Adjust recipes to accommodate dietary restrictions and preferences, ensuring nutritional balance.
  6. Event Cooking: Prepare meals for special events and gatherings as required.
  7. Inventory Control: Monitor and manage kitchen inventory, including groceries and supplies, and maintain stock levels.
  8. Waste Management: Implement waste management practices to minimize food wastage.
  9. Professional Development: Stay updated with new cooking techniques and recipes through continuous learning and training.

Qualification :

Bachelor degree

Primary Responsibilities :

Contract Duration: Minimum 2 years

Education Profile Specifications:

  • Graduation: Required
  • Post-Graduation: Preferred
  • Special Course: Culinary Arts or related certification is a plus

Communication Skills:

  • Proficient in English; knowledge of Arabic or Hindi is a plus
