Key Responsibilities:
Ø Collaborate

objectives.

maintain strong client relationships to ensure a deep understanding of their
requirements.

various sourcing strategies, including job boards, social media, networking,
and referrals, to identify potential candidates.
Ø Build a
strong network of candidates, both active and passive, across different
industries.
Ø Create and
execute recruitment marketing strategies to attract top talent
Ø Conduct
in-depth candidate interviews, evaluating their skills, qualifications, and
cultural fit with clients.
Ø Manage the
entire candidate assessment process, including skills testing and reference
checks.
Ø Facilitate
the offer negotiation process and assist in finalizing offers.
Ø Coordinate
with clients and candidates to ensure a smooth on boarding process.
Ø Stay
updated on industry trends and labour market conditions to provide valuable
insights to clients.
Ø Conduct
market research to identify salary benchmarks and competitive compensation
packages.
Ø Maintain
accurate records of candidates, clients, and job opportunities in the applicant
tracking system.
Ø Provide
regular progress reports to clients, sharing insights and data related to the
recruitment process.
Ø Ensure that
all recruitment practices comply with relevant employment laws and regulations.
Bachelor degree
Ø Bachelor's
degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
Ø Proven
experience as a recruiter, with a focus on non-IT positions.
Ø Strong understanding
of the non-IT industry and the specific skills and qualifications required for
various roles.
Ø Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills.
Ø Proficiency
in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
Ø Strong
organizational and time management skills.
Ø Ability to
handle multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
