Company Overview: Our company specializes in the conversion of polyethylene resin into film, printing on in-
house converted film as well as externally purchased BOPP and PVC film, bag making of internally converted
and externally purchased film, and recycling and washing of in-house industrial waste as well as externally
purchased industrial and post-consumer waste.

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Technical Director to join our manufacturing
team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for optimizing the quality and efficiency of existing machinery,
managing raw material consumption, and ensuring proper costing for each process within our facility. This role
requires strong leadership skills and technical expertise in blown film extrusion.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Optimize machinery efficiency and raw material consumption
2. Develop and implement systems to track and monitor raw material supply to machinery
3. Manage 2-3 layers of downstream management, operators, and workers
4. Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual structured reports on KPIs, innovation, and
progress
5. Collaborate with top-level management on budgeting and financial matters
6. Lead initiatives to improve overall operational efficiency
7. Participate in product development and research to increase efficiency, profit, and sales
8. Oversee hiring and team development as necessary
9. Implement and maintain standard operating procedures and best practices in the manufacturing industry
10. Calculate and analyze consumption and wastage metrics
Bachelor degree
Required Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Master's degree preferred)
2. Extensive experience in plastic extrusion or recycling
3. Strong management and leadership skills
4. Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software (Tally preferred)
5. In-depth knowledge of blown film extrusion processes
6. Familiarity with manufacturing industry regulations and compliance requirements
7. Ability to withstand high operating temperatures and climb multiple flights of stairs on large machinery
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Certifications related to plastic extrusion or recycling
2. Experience in a similar role within the manufacturing industry

Compensation: Salary will be determined on a case-by-case basis, depending on the candidate's experience and
qualifications.
