Job Description: We are looking for a Senior Project Manager with extensive experience in Civil Engineering. The ideal candidate should have 8-10 years of experience, with a preference for those who have worked on establishing clean room facilities. The role involves managing projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to budget, timeline, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee project planning, scheduling, and execution.
Coordinate with various stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and team members.
Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
Manage project budgets and resources.
Prepare and present project reports and updates to senior management.

Qualification :

Bachelor degree

Primary Responsibilities :

Requirements:

8-10 years of experience in Civil Engineering projects.
Experience in clean room facility establishment preferred.
Strong project management skills.
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
Willingness to work onsite in Cochin.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering preferred.

Salary: Based on candidate's profile.

Working Hours: Only Sunday and national holidays off.

Additional Benefits: Site accommodation provided at actuals.

Contract Duration: Minimum 1 year.

Preferred Candidates: Anywhere from Pan India.
