Primary Responsibilities :
Job Responsibilities:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the farm, focusing on onion and potato crops.
Develop and implement farming strategies to optimize yield and quality.
Manage planting, irrigation, fertilization, and harvesting processes.
Monitor crop health and implement pest and disease control measures.
Maintain farm equipment and infrastructure.
Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
Prepare and manage farm budgets and financial records.
Hire, train, and supervise farm workers.
Conduct market research to stay updated with industry trends and best practices.
Liaise with suppliers, buyers, and other stakeholders.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, or a related field.
Proven experience in managing onion and potato crops.
Strong knowledge of modern farming techniques and machinery.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Ability to work independently and lead a team.
Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
Any nationality is welcome, but Indian candidates are preferred.
