Job Title: Assistant Manager – Project Sales
Location: Bangalore / Mumbai / Pune

Summary:
The Assistant Manager – Project Sales is responsible for all sales and marketing activities in the assigned regions. This includes setting up project dealers and channel partners. The role involves extensive local travel and occasionally requires overnight travel, weekend, and evening work.
Experience:
- 4-7 years in responsible sales positions, preferably in architectural or related products.
- Experience in technical sales and handling customer accounts individually.
Qualifications:
- Diploma in Engineering or a Bachelor’s degree in any stream.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Market and sell company products to current and potential customers.
- Prepare schedules and action plans to identify customers and project the number of contacts to be made.
- Maintain current and establish potential customer relationships with architects, builders, project developers, contractors, and dealers.
- Generate and follow up on leads and referrals resulting from field activity.
- Identify prospects in customer segments and contact them.
- Prepare presentations and proposals.
- Maintain sales and marketing collaterals.
- Identify and resolve all customer complaints.
- Prepare status reports including activity, closings, and follow-up.
- Coordinate with company staff to accomplish work and close sales.
- Ensure payments are received by the due date.
- Any other duties assigned by management.
