Key Responsibilities:
· Identify and prospect potential clients through cold calling, social media channels especially LinkedIn, networking, and referrals.
· Conduct market research to identify business opportunities and evaluate customer needs.
· Present Kevnit's products and services to clients and address their inquiries and concerns.
· Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to key decision-makers.
· Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to close deals and achieve sales targets.
· Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and technical departments, to meet client requirements.
· Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' activities.
· Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
· Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and opportunities in CRM software.
Bachelor degree
Qualifications:
· Full-time graduate in B.tech with MBA preferred or Computer Science with MBA preferred. (From a reputed institute)
· Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in the IT industry, preferably selling website & maintenance services in a reputed company.
· Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in Hindi and Kannada in addition to English.
· Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
