Chief Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all engineering aspects of our real estate projects.
• Plan, design, and supervise the construction and maintenance of building structures and infrastructure.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and legal requirements.
• Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and ensure adherence to design specifications.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met.
• Prepare and present project reports, budgets, and proposals.
• Solve complex engineering problems and provide innovative solutions.
• Mentor and lead a team of engineers and technical staff.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (B.Tech).
• 20 to 45 years of experience in civil engineering, with a focus on real estate projects.
• Proven experience in managing large-scale construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
• Proficient in project management software and MS Office Suite.
• Excellent communication skills in Marathi, Hindi, and English.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong negotiation and decision-making skills.
• Familiarity with the local real estate market in Maharashtra.
