Position: Chef de Partie (CDP) – Mediterranean and Italian Cuisine

Contract Duration: Full-time, permanent

Salary: £12.50 per hour

Primary Responsibilities :

Detailed Work Profile: We are seeking a skilled Chef de Partie (CDP) specializing in Mediterranean and Italian cuisine. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in preparing and cooking Italian and Mediterranean dishes. Responsibilities include:

  • Preparing and cooking dishes according to the restaurant’s menu and standards.
  • Ensuring high-quality food preparation and presentation.
  • Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the kitchen.
  • Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
  • Assisting in menu development and food inventory management.

The restaurant has a capacity of 86 people and operates in a dynamic and high-paced environment.


Education Profile Specifications:

  • Graduation: Culinary Arts or related field preferred.
  • Post-Graduation: Not required.
  • Special Course: Specialized training in Mediterranean and Italian cuisine is an advantage.

Personal Attributes:

  • Excellent culinary skills with a focus on Mediterranean and Italian cuisine.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate clearly.

Communication Skills:

  • Fluent in English.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with kitchen staff and front-of-house teams.

Languages Known:

  • English is essential; additional languages are a plus but not required.

Key Competencies:

  • Proven experience in a similar role within a busy kitchen environment.
