- Generate recruitment business from the leads provided.
- Understand client requirements and provide customized
recruitment solutions to meet their needs.
- Participate in discovery calls with potential inbound
leads, especially from the Middle East and South Africa, and present the
company effectively.
- Handle multiple leads efficiently and work with lead
management tools like HubSpot.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure the
delivery of high-quality candidates to clients.
- Manage and cater to all already generated leads.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to
potential clients.
- Negotiate and finalize contracts with clients.
- Keep abreast of market trends and competitor activities.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Be open to working on one Saturday or Sunday as part of a
rotational schedule, with the option to take a compensatory day off (Monday or
Tuesday) or receive extra pay.
Bachelor degree
- Proven track record in business development, preferably in
the recruitment industry. Experience in the product or service industry will
also be considered.
- Strong domestic and international sales experience, with a
focus on the Middle East and South Africa markets.
- Experience in dealing with international clients and
people during discovery calls.
- Strong understanding of the recruitment process and
industry trends.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with lead management tools like HubSpot.
- Target-driven and results-oriented mindset.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing,
or a related field (preferred)
