Job Responsibilities
Customer Support: Provide prompt and efficient service for printers under warranty or AMC.
Issue Resolution: Ensure quick response and resolution for all printer-related issues, seeking technical guidance as necessary.
Demonstration & Training: Effectively demonstrate printer operations to customers and operators.
Printer Installation: Perform installations to minimize breakdowns caused by improper setup.
Spare Parts Management: Diagnose printer issues, request correct spare parts, and ensure timely returns of defective parts.
Spare Inventory: Maintain a safe and organized inventory of spares, ensuring they are in working condition.
Customer Quotes: Ensure timely submission of AMC/spare part quotes to customers, escalating issues when necessary.
Technical Updates: Stay up-to-date with technical bulletins and briefings to maintain high technical and commercial competence.
Business Development: Proactively follow up on AMC, CAMP, and filter sales opportunities.
Consumables Advice: Guide customers on the appropriate stocking of consumables for their printers.
