We need a digital marketing head who have experience to handle team and worked on all domains like ecommerce, social media, performance marketing, influencers and branding.

Should have experience of ecommerce and marketplaces both.

Job Overview:
We are seeking a creative and results-driven Marketing Manager with expertise in Digital Marketing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to enhance our brand presence, engage our audience, drive online sales, and manage on-ground activations.

Primary Responsibilities :

Key Responsibilities:

1. Social Media Strategy:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and online sales.
  • Create engaging and relevant content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn.
  • Evaluate and analyze Google trends and design ad strategies for brands.

2. Content Management:

  • Manage all social media channels, including scheduling posts, responding to comments, and monitoring trends.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute social media campaigns aligned with marketing objectives and product launches.

3. Performance Analysis:

  • Monitor and analyze social media performance using analytics tools and adjust strategies to maximize results.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in social media marketing and incorporate them into our strategy.

4. Influencer and Community Management:

  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with influencers and brand ambassadors to amplify our reach and engagement.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and consumer preferences to inform content and strategy development.

5. On-Ground Activations:

  • Manage on-ground activations, monitor performance, and leverage content for social media.
  • Coordinate and oversee events, promotions, and other activations to enhance brand visibility and consumer engagement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role in a consumer-facing industry, preferably in the pet industry.
  • Extensive knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative ideas.
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret data to inform decision-making.
  • Experience with social media management tools and analytics platforms.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Passion for pets and understanding of pet owners' preferences and behaviors is a plus.

1. Increase in Brand Awareness:

  • Growth in followers across social media platforms

  • Mentions and tags of the brand in user-generated content

2. Engagement Rate:

  • Likes, comments, shares, and other interactions on social media posts
  • Click-through rate (CTR) on links included in posts

3. Online Sales Revenue:

  • Increase in online sales attributed to social media marketing efforts

4. Conversion Rate:

  • Percentage of social media followers who make a purchase
  • Conversion rate of social media advertising campaigns

5. Community Growth:

  • Growth in size and engagement of online communities (e.g., Facebook groups, LinkedIn groups)

6. Content Performance:

  • Performance of individual content pieces (e.g., blog posts, videos, infographics) in terms of views, engagement, and shares

7. Influencer Collaboration Effectiveness:

  • Impact of influencer collaborations on brand reach, engagement, and sales

8. On-Ground Activation Success:

  • Number of activations conducted
  • Engagement and participation in on-ground events
  • Content generated from activations for social media use
