Site Supervisor - Interior Design Projects

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and oversee all on-site activities for interior design projects.
• Coordinate with workers, contractors, and various external agencies to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor and manage daily site operations, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
• Conduct regular inspections of ongoing work to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
• Assist in resolving any on-site issues or challenges and provide solutions promptly.
• Maintain clear communication with project managers, designers, and stakeholders regarding project status and progress updates.
• Ensure all materials and resources are available on site and managed efficiently.
• Enforce adherence to quality standards, safety protocols, and company policies at the project site.

Key Requirements:

• Experience: 4 to 5 years of experience in site supervision for interior design or architectural projects.
• Technical Knowledge: Proficient understanding of woodworking, civil construction, architectural detailing, and interior design processes.
• Coordination Skills: Strong ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders, including contractors, vendors, and project teams.
• Attention to Detail: Excellent eye for precision, with a meticulous approach to quality and finishing.
• Organization: Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
• Communication: Good verbal communication skills for interacting with workers and contractors.

Preferred Qualifications:
