Job Title/Position: Manager Vocational Training Centre

Department: Vocational Training

Detailed Work Profile:

  • Continuous development and execution of the Educational Program at the Tong-Len Vocational Training Centre (VTC).
  • Operational management of the VTC.
  • Supervision and management of all VTC staff.

Qualification :

Bachelor degree

Primary Responsibilities :

Required Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years to a maximum of 5 years of experience in vocational training.

Job Type:

  • Onsite

Number of Openings:

  • 1

Working Hours:

  • 9 AM to 5 PM, Monday to Saturday with every second Saturday off.
  • Emergencies or special issues may require occasional/reasonable amounts of overtime work.

Job Location:

  • Dharamshala, Sarah

Contract Duration:

  • One year after completing a probation period of three months

Educational Qualifications:

  • Graduate mandatory with experience in vocational training.
  • Postgraduate desirable.

Candidate Preference:

  • Himachali candidates preferred

Communication Skills:

  • Proficiency in English and Hindi

  • Self-motivated, flexible, resilient, and a good team worker
  • Proficient in MS Office
