• Undertake cold calling / Online Bidding ensuring that the number of calls meets/ Bididing as per the target set by management. Target should be given by the managmenet
• Actively and successfully implementing the sales process: lead generation; credentials
pitch;asking questions; solution pitch; handover to the management team.
• Interaction with the market research team for generating the prospect list and campaign execution.
• To take a consultative sell approach to ensure clients’ needs are accurately met.
• Developing and implementing an end-to-end Business Development Framework.
• Ensure activities comply with legal and ethical standards.
• Develop, maintain and apply a high level knowledge of company’s portfolio of services.
• To be proactive and responsive to clients and prospective clients.
• Accurate transfer of information from the prospect to the management.
• Make effort and improve customer knowledge, Company’s business knowledge by
self- learning, by participating in KYC sessions.
