Job Description:
1. To supervise all operational aspects of business across all QSR to accomplish allocated budgeted top-line with a focus on achieving higher sales and profitability.
2. Exploring New Service channel potentials and Build robust New store opening Process.
3. Establish effective systems & controls to ensure smooth operation stores in line with business objectives.
4. Conceptualizing and implementing Sales and Marketing (Company Tie-Ups and other promotional events etc.) plans in tune with the macro business plans, thereby achieving profitability.
5. Utilizing customer service skills and public relation skills to develop successful business and community relations
6 Building store leaders capability by conducting weekly / monthly Review.
7. Ensuring quality services, resulting in customer delight & optimum resource utilization for maximum service quality.
8. Motivating and mentoring staff, providing necessary tools to exceed company expectations.
EXP: 3+Years and Above
