Clients is one of the largest manufacturers, suppliers and exporters of Decor, Decor paper, Decorative paper, deco printing paper.
They are looking to hire a Export Officer Preferably Female at the manufacturing Unit in Ahmedabad.
- Preparation of dispatch documentation both for domestic and export shipments
- Handling packaging, storage and stuffing of the products including export cargo and maintaining the stock for record purposes.
- Manages the storage of packed materials in a proper manner. Coordination with mfg. and related depts. for timely and error free shipment.
- Prepares packing list and raise the invoice as per PO.
- Maintaining an export documentation in SAP and dispatch documentation for record purposes.
- Keeps track of dispatch shipment as desired by the Management.
- Coordinates with planning, quality & production department for timely execution of dispatch items.
- Making an arrangement of Loading & Coordinates with transporters
- Ensures that items are quality checked and handled with care at all times.
- To have an understanding of customer service, be passionate and take ownership and care of all stock and orders within the required speed to ensure that the items are dispatched within the right time frame.
- Trains and motivates the staff and implements any improvements necessary in the packing process.
- Ensures prompt action is taken with any customer complaints that arise from neglect of any of the parts of the packing process and investigate immediately.
- Ensures housekeeping standards are maintained at all times.
