JOB DESCRIPTION
Designation: Product Manager
Roles & Responsibilities:
ï‚· Responsible for FIT or Corporate or MICE (Meetings, Incentives, conferences and exhibitions)
business unit by identifying potential clients and acquisition of the same.
ï‚· Develop, implement and manage all travel vendor relationships and programs (agency, air,
hotel, car rental, and other relevant travel services) ensuring compliance to service level
agreements
ï‚· Identify and develop Travel opportunities for new countries, businesses, divisions or functions
not currently managed by Travelogue
ï‚· Benchmark, analyze, monitor, and report on travel expenditures and compliance
ï‚· Monitor external travel industry/market best practices to develop wider competitive analysis
processes which will assist Travelogue in continuously improving travel solutions being provided
ï‚· Liaising with travel partners, tour operators and hotels, to manage bookings, schedules &
promotions
ï‚· Cash handling, managing budgets, maintaining records and producing financial reports on all
aspects of business
ï‚· Managing & motivating staff to meet targets identify any training needs & address them thus
ensuring the profitability of the company
ï‚· Meeting regularly with company directors to provide feedback on staff performance; and to
take direction.
Skills required:
ï‚· 4-8 years corporate sales experience
ï‚· Proven Track Record in over achieving performance targets
ï‚· Strong travel industry knowledge and relationships
ï‚· Strong Travel industry systems knowledge
ï‚· Strong influence/negotiation skills
