The Requirements:
Strong preference for an MBA from a global (non-Indian) program, with an exception for the
Indian School of Business. Will consider Masters’ degrees from global (non-Indian) program.
At least three years of post-MBA work experience, including one year of managing people,
preferably in a location outside India
A team player, who can thrive in a fast-paced, high growth start-up environment
Outstanding organizational abilities with a meticulous focus on detail
A responsive and engaged work-style, including the ability to respond to client communications within 24
hours
Maturity, polish and professionalism; the ability to listen and counsel
A desire to research and learn about different global MBA programs, along with an understanding of
post-MBA career options and tracks
Must be comfortable with cloud-based software and other technology tools including Microsoft Excel,
Word, Powerpoint
A smart phone with data connectivity and laptop with updated and licensed operating system,
productivity software and anti-virus tools
The ability and willingness to work from 10 to 6 Monday to Saturday; Saturdays are generally 2x/month
most of the year except from August to January, when weekly Saturday presence may be required
The flexibility to work extra/late/early/long hours during peak season – typically August through January
