Creating the initial corporate policies, setting control points & solving performance problems
1. Reviewing internal hr policies
2. Employee approvals within the system
3. Operating Performance management systems (PMS)
4. Recruitment & termination
5. Developing HR solutions by collecting and analyzing relevant information
6. Coaching and counselling employees
7. Succession planning as per policy
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
Bachelors Human resource management
3-4 years of experience.
PREFERRED SKILLS
Performance management, training management, maintaining employee data, resolving conflict, verbal
communication, effective writing.
ADDITIONAL NOTES
Candidate with experience of HR from Information technology and healthcare sector are most preferred
candidates.
