Chartered Accountant
Job Description:
Chartered Accountant will be responsible for Short term and long term financial planning,
implementation, review, statutory compliance and legal matters of entire organisation. Technically
sound across various areas of finance including taxation & accounts & Act compliance. Statutory
branch audits & internal audits. Tax audits, filing of returns, department correspondence and
assessment proceedings.
Roles & Responsible.
 Preparation of quarterly, half yearly & annual accounts and finalization of accounts of
group companies.
 Handling statutory matters including Income Tax/GST/VAT, transfer pricing issues.
 Looking after accounts receivables/payable, TDS, Bank reconciliation etc.
 Preparation of balance sheet and audit report of the company.
 Continuous management of financial systems and budgets.
 Undertaking financial audits.
 Providing financial advice.
 Liaising with clients (individuals or businesses) and providing financial information and
advice.
 Reviewing the company's systems and analyzing risk.
 Maintaining accounting records and preparing accounts and management information
for accountancy.
 Counselling clients on areas of business improvement, or dealing with insolvency.
 Detecting and preventing fraud.
 Maintaining accounting ledgers and account reconciliations.
 Complete the statutory and other audits within the stipulated time.
 Preparing and analysing accounting records and financial statements reports & also
responsible for MIS report of finance & accounting.
Experience:
Minimum 3 years.
Education Qualification: Chartered Accountant, ICWA, CMA.
