Assist departmental head in planning, forecasting and setting departmental sales target for approval of the
senior management.
2. Ensure achievement of individual and departmental sales target and generate revenue as planned.
3. Distribute target and achieve departmental sales target ensuring earnest money collection.
4. Suggest departmental human resources on training, maintenance, coaching, counselling and implement as
planned.
5. Optimizing saleable units through constant communications and coordination with Planning & Coordination
and Marketing department.
6. Ensure sales tools i.e. brochures, presentation materials, executive bag, laptops, mobile, stationeries etc.
7. Keep sales team motivated and ensure individual close door one to one meeting.
8. Oversee the overall sales operation on day to day basis, examine, follow-up and feedback for ensuring all
systems and procedures online and recommend any sort of Improvement to upgrade present operations.
9. Ensure all sorts of departmental administrative controls.
10. Ensure completion of sales agreements after sales and forward customer files to customer service.
11. Daily work schedule & call report checking with counselling.
12. Conduct weekly update and progress meeting with head of department.
13. Guidance on attendance, leave, appearance etc.
14. Customer Data Bank Management.
15. Submit Regular survey report to head of the department, and assist in preparing strategies to overcome every
changed circumstance.
16. Keep liaison with banks, leasing and other home financing companies.
17. Keep self-communication with existing clients of the company and coordinate with customer services for any
requirements and keep customers satisfied.
18. Identify need for HR development and arrange training for sales teams and submit to Head of Department.
19. Observe design and advise necessary changes to P&C for design development.
20. Observe construction status and keep Department Head updated on construction status.

Qualification :

Bachelor degree
