3. JOB SUMMARY :
Are you a determined and friendly professional with an advanced understanding of human behaviour and a
desire to help consumers find exactly the right product or service to suit their needs? If so, you might be a great
fit for our company. We’re a successful start up with room to grow and we’re looking for a self-starting
Marketing Manager to oversee promotional events and improve client retention. The ideal candidate for this
position has a positive attitude, a tireless work ethic and an insatiable appetite for growth.
4. RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
• Hire and train a team of marketing associates to coordinate events and conduct outside sales
• Identify weaknesses in existing marketing campaigns and develop pragmatic solutions within budgetary
constraints
• Communicate with senior management about marketing initiatives and project metrics, as well as to
brainstorm
• Expand client base by creating relationship of trust and performance focusing on transparency and
reliability.
• Providing end to end solutions to clients’ problems focusing on flexibility.
• Proper coordination with operations and head office for all day to day work.
5. QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related field (MBA
preferred)
• 2+ years in marketing and promotion
• Ability to work for unpredictable hours, including some evenings and weekends
• Excellent communication and decision-making skills
• Familiarity with online content marketing and social media development strategies
6. RENUMERATION :
Depending on qualification and talent.
There are many other perks like Traveling allowances and commission on net value of sales generated from
clients under your management and there is no limit to the commission value. There is always the option of
equities based on your performance.
