Cuisine Knowledge Required: Must have knowledge about Continental food, Mexican food etc.

Local / outstation candidates / both: Preferably Local (From Dehradun, Mussoorie, Haridwar, Rishikesh)
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Past role of captain is necessary. Interact with guests.
- Handle situations independently and escalate/report matters with corrective action taken to the Manager/Owner.
- Distribute tables and tasks to team members. Perform duties of waiter whenever it is required without any hesitation.
- Follow up the procedures according with the check list.
- Coordinate the work of all Team Members, in order to maintain the constant quality of the service.
- Provide training to team members.
- Track Food and Beverage monthly inventories.
